Modern Car Barn is the first structure built on a 25-acre estate featuring custom hiking and biking trails along with expansive views of Stratton Mountain. Oriented due south, the recessed facade allows for maximum solar gain in the winter. The fully integrated cantilevered deck provides ultimate indoor-outdoor living in the summer.
