Our Design Studio allows us to work on design build projects with clients in a very seamless way as a one-stop shop for all things design build.

We enjoy working with clients to design their dream homes from scratch.  From initial conceptual meetings, to focusing on goals and details, and listening to what clients want for their Vermont-focused lifestyle – these are all integrated into the planning and design journey.  This leads us to produce rough floor plan layouts and 3D massing models that bring a vision to life that truly empowers the client to make their dream a reality and land on something that feels right for them.  A simple idea of what could be - suddenly takes shape and becomes a reality for clients to see the possibilities of what they want to build. 

A relationship is formed for a creative journey together.

That relationship continues once the floor plans and the model design are approved by the clients, we develop them further – working with clients on designing and developing their interior spaces – including kitchen and bathroom design, custom built-ins and cabinetry to the fine details of interior design such as selecting plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, wall finishes, flooring, appliances, tile and moodboards to create the overall palette of the house.  

From there, the design team works hand-in-hand with our builders and project managers to ensure the journey of the build marries beautifully to the design that was developed and produced.  The design and build teams working in unison is key to the success of the homes we build.  This makes us unique in our area and this is why clients turn to us.   

As the house is built – the design team continues to refine the details of what will be the finished home by adding the layers of furniture, decor elements, artwork and the accents that will make that home environment the best it can be once the official move in happens. We also offer Landscape Planning and Design to our clients to truly bring the whole house design to life.

Our in-house team of talented architectural draftsmen and interior designers have been gathered to give our clientele a full-service experience as they build their dream home. We take pride in the level of detail and attention to excellence that each of our unique home projects bring to life. We tailor our designs to meet the needs of our varied clients that want that Vermont summer getaway home or that quintessential mountain ski home so they can enjoy all that Vermont winters and summers have to offer.
