BARN HOUSE

STRATTON, VERMONT

Barn House is settled in the woods of Southern Vermont. The home could easily be mistaken for a turn of the century barn. The structure was built using a hand-cut pine timber frame with a dark finish. The exterior is clad in vertical boards which have aged gracefully in the long Vermont winters. The interior is comprised of a large great room and rustic eat-in kitchen on the main level with bedrooms on the upper level.

Barn House Features

Wide plank pine floors, wood ceilings, a large stone wood burning fireplace, a utilitarian pine staircase with hand forged hardware, gentleman’s parlor, and a large screened in porch with custom reclaimed wood cabinetry.
